Welcome to our latest members, John & Erin Rose.

A "first" for us to have a husband and wife "team". Not only do we have two new members, but we have also gained an exceptional masseur in Erin, who is also in attendance at the Midweek series for all those aches & pains.


A warning to all traithletes travelling abroad - DO NOT use Monarch Airlines. They will rip you off with their bike charges!! You pay for return then get ripped-off with MASSIVE excess baggage charges on the way home. These people are scam merchants and obtain money by false pretences - WE KNOW from bitter experience..
